|Recommended: YesLove it — Great place to live. Beautiful apartment layouts, parking doesn't seem to be an issue, and the staff are very friendly. You definitely get what you pay for here. The only issue I have come across is that you can sometimes hear neighbors if you're on a lower floor.

|Recommended: YesSo Happy Here — Living at Port Landing has been nothing but great. The property is beautiful and is always well maintained, the apartments are modern and updated, and it is a quiet, friendly community. The staff is also amazing. Everyone here from the office staff to the maintenance crew will go out of their way to help you and make sure you're happy. It is also conveniently located near several restaurants and the highway making it easy to drive to surrounding cities. Overall, Port Landing is a really great place to call home and is by far the best apartment complex I have had the pleasure of living at.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — I moved in at the start of December 2015. There were a couple issues from construction crews rushing to finish, but those were resolved quickly, I personally love the place.

|Recommended: YesComfort and luxory at an affordable price — Out of all the apartments that I have rented in my life, Port Landing is the best. These apartments are excellent inside and out. They are even better than my home that I just sold before moving in here. Whenever I have a maintenance problem I just submit a work order online and the problem is fixed within 2 hours. I only have 2 complaints. The location of the garbage container is far from my building. I wish they had several located around the property. Also the back patio faces the neighbors across the way. I feel like im staring right at the neighbor when I go to sit on my patio. Other than that I would recommend this apartment to everybody. The inside layout is luxury quality at an affordable price.

Port Landing at Fife Apartments
|Recommended: NoHigh expectations but poor reviews — I have seen many new apartment complexes that have completed the clubhouse and amenities prior to renting the property, this is not the case with Port Landing. Many of the apartments were not even finished before renting to tenants. I'm sure the management has plenty of excuses to go around as to why things are the way they are but to be frank and honest, for the price you pay and what you get it's disappointing. The carpet is cheap and rough, the dishwashers break easily and the appliances are cheap. There is one dumpster area for the entire complex and it sits right next to the pool and gives off a pungent odor. Overall, for being brand new, I would prefer living in something older that provides better quality material and amenities.
