|Recommended: YesIf you're looking for a spot in the fife area, I would 100 recommend these apartments — I have loved living here Elena Svetlana were great at keeping in touch with new layouts that were available when I was planning on moving in. The apartment is updated and the tall ceilings are a plus. The gym and pool are always kept clean and just the overall apartment complex is so quiet. They have also been so quick to reply to any small maintenance issues new smoke detectors and are willing to help and be available at any minute. Also, all the neighbors have been so friendly, its a great place to live

|Recommended: YesNO COMPLAINTS LIVING HERE, WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND — In all honesty, it was hard moving out of this apartment after about a year even though we were moving into our very first home- we loved the marble countertops, the vaulted ceilings, the gym, Jacuzzi, the overall appearance and cleanliness of the apartments. These are not your typical standard apartments- friends and family that would come over also commented on how luxurious these apartments were. No loud noises neighbors, parking was always available. I'd recommend and already have to multiple friends and family.

|Recommended: YesGreat community for amazing price — We have lived in our apartment for almost a year and overall, we love it The complex is quiet,beautiful and affordable. The girls at the front office are very professional and helpful. Svetlana is amazing and caring The best things about the unit is that it has high ceilings, very comfortable kitchen with lots of storage space, everything is newer and layout is very functional. We haven't had anything break so we don't know how the maintenance is, but I prefer it this way. The noise level is normal for apartments, I would say. We live on third floor and rarely hear our neighbors from downstairs. The negatives are that if you are facing the shipyard with your bedroom windows, you will constantly hear trucks backing up, especially in the morning. Also, we have huge spots in the shower on wall because builders used the wrong glue or something. Kitchen counters need to be kept perfectly clean to not have spots because the material absorbs everything. But compared to other places, these issues are very minor and don't affect the quality of living here.

|Recommended: YesNice Residence Rent too high — The property is very nice and I enjoy living there, but the 100 raise in the rent seems a little excessive, especially since water sewage in no longer included in the rental fee. If the rent continues to be raised in such an exorbitant manner, I will be forced to find a new residence.

We're sorry, we would really like to keep the rent as it is, but periodic rental increases are necessary in order to ensure the property remains well-maintained and in good repair.
